Filter Fan Unit

Filter Fan Unit (FFU) is a device designed to supply and purify air in industrial clean rooms. FFUs can be installed both in a clean room as a whole and also in local clean areas of facilities. FFUs are equipped with filters (should be ordered separately) of E10-E12, H13-H14, U15-U17 classes in accordance with GOST R EN 1822-1-2010, manufactured in accordance with TU 4863-056-22902507-12.

FFU design (FFU-1206-ECTs-BG4T) (ФВМ-1206-ЕСЦ-BG4T)

FFU body (6) is made of cold-rolled galvanized steel with a polymer coating (RAL9003). FFU is equipped with a noise suppression system (2) made of non-combustible materials. FFU design ensures a uniform air flow distribution over the aerosol filter surface (7). FFU is equipped with transport handles (1) for more convenient positioning and installation of the unit.

Electrical connection of FFU to the control and power supply circuits is performed through the terminal board (5).

FFU, depending on the motor fan installed, is controlled either by direct integration of FFU in the RS-485 industrial interface of ebm-BUS environment, or by using additional automation means which allow to supply a control DC voltage (0..10V) or PWM and to receive feedback data.

Aerosol filter body (7) is made of an extruded aluminium profile. The filter medium is a mini-pleat filter material based on ultra-thin glass fibre. FFUs are equipped with filters of E10-Е12, H13-H14, U15-U17 classes in accordance with GOST R EN 1822-1-2010.

An optionally installed water-air heat exchanger (3) has aluminium fins and a copper piping for the coolant.

An optional pre-filter (4) has a frame made of cold-rolled galvanized steel and a filter medium made of glass fibre or polyester fibre.

Characteristics of Filter Fan Units

The height is indicated including the height of the aerosol filter - 78 mm. The weight is indicated taking into account the weight of aerosol filter. It is allowed to install aerosol filters of other heights. Installation and replacement of the aerosol filter can be made from above, from the plenum.

FFUs are manufactured according to TU 4863-046-22902507-05. The basic FFU models are FFU -1206-ECTs-B00 (ФВМ-1206-ЕСЦ-В00) and FFU -1206-ECA-B00 (ФВМ-1206-ЕСА-В00) in which different motor-fans are used. The technical characteristics of other FFU models are indicated in the relevant sections of the manual for designers and in the data sheets for the respective models.

Notes:
Overall dimensions and weight are indicated for a 78 mm deep aerosol filter. Power consumption and sound pressure level are indicated when using FTOV-z H13 1130x1130x90-10-00 (ФТОВ Н13 1165х565х78-10-00) aerosol filter. The sound pressure level is measured at a distance of 1500 mm from the surface of the aerosol filter.

Power consumption and sound pressure level of FFU-1206-ECX-X0T (ФВМ-1206-ЕСХ-Х0Т) with a H13 class clean filter

Монтаж производится в следующем порядке:
На балку подвесного потолка (3) устанавливается решетка (5). Приклеивается прокладка (2). Устанавливается аэрозольный фильтр (1) уплотнением верх. Устанавливается ФВМ (4). Производится герметизация (6).

Монтаж производится в следующем порядке:
На балку подвесного потолка (3) приклеивается уплотнительная прокладка (2). Устанавливается ФВМ (4). В ФВМ устанавливается аэрозольный фильтр (1) уплотнением вверх и крепится винтами (8). В ФВМ устанавливается решетка (5).
