Filters and equipment for water supply and sanitation

Frame-disk filters (KDF-120-0.8 TU 95.1496-92, KDF-120-0.8 VN TU 95-2375-90)

Filters made of polymeric materials are a set of disks assembled on a polyethylene perforated frame and forming transverse annular slits of conic section. Filters can be both with an internal filtering layer – filtroplast (KDF-120-0.8VN) and without it (KDF-120-0.8)

Scope:

    • in technological wells for filtering solutions when they are collected or pumped in productive horizons represented by sands from fine-grained and dusty to medium-coarse-grained;
    • in water-drying and melioration systems;
    • in water source wells built with the use of conductor pipes for drinking and household water supply;
    • for preliminary purification of natural and waste waters;
    • when arranging drainage of sand filters.

Using filters allows them to be used in neutral, acidic and alkaline environments and provides:

    • sufficient mechanical strength;
    • high stability in aggressive environments and to hydro and pneumatic impacts;
    • possibility of regeneration (mechanical and chemical) of the filter in the well;
    • durability in comparison with metal analogues.

Using filters with an internal filtering layer allows them to be used in a variety of ground conditions without additional protection from silting and colmation and ensures stable operation in water-bearing formations represented by very fine and fine-grained sands without suffosive removal of solid fractions from them. The materials used to make filters are allowed by the Ministry of Health to be used in domestic water supply. The pressure pipes are made of polyethylene (GOST18599-83).



Radial drainage filters (TU 2291-049-22902507-08)


Radial drainage filter is a perforated polyethylene frame (tube) with a protective-filter coating of polyethylene mesh, which is applied by pneumo-extrusion with a filter layer made of high density polyethylene or polypropylene, depending on the particle size composition of the water-bearing rocks. The diameter of the filter ensures a certain volume of drainage water, and, if necessary, passage for pipes to flush the filter.

    • during underground construction in watered soils (does not impede construction and provides leading level reduction at any depth);
    • in vertical and horizontal drainages in water-drying and melioration systems;

    • to protect surface and groundwater from pollution and depletion;
    • strengthening of soils and foundations of buildings and structures under construction;
